What Counts as Northwest Las Vegas?
There’s no single official boundary. The City of Las Vegas master plan divides the northwest into planning areas with names you’ll see on listings: Kyle Canyon, Tule Springs, Centennial Hills, La Madre Foothills, Lone Mountain and Rancho, with Summerlin North and Summerlin West to the southwest. In everyday real estate use, “northwest” usually means everything north and west of roughly Charleston Boulevard and Rancho Drive, out to the mountains. A few edge communities, such as Aliante, are technically in North Las Vegas but shop for buyers the same way.
